The fruits of scientific research offered to patients

We know that it takes about 17 years for Administrative Agencies like the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) to include in their guidelines a new treatment after it has been scientifically documented as effective. (Harvard Business Review https://hbr.org/2019/08/4-ways-to-make-evidence-based-practice-the-norm-in-health-care)

Dr. Stefano Pallanti founded the Istituto di Neuroscienze in 1989 to create a center that introduces scientifically validated evidence of innovation in clinical treatment without waiting for the bureaucratic process.

Only the latest innovations validated by science comprise his protocols; there exist no "experimental" treatments.

Verification and development of therapeutic innovations result from his own, original research.

The Istituto di Neuroscienze of Dr. Stefano Pallanti has not only anticipated the changing times to apply innovative treatments but has contributed, with its original research, to the evolution of treatments.

Postinfectious neuroinflammation is linked to acute-onset OCD models like Sydenham chorea, PANS, and PANDAS, associated with autoantibodies from infections such as group A streptococci. This review highlights evidence of neuroinflammation and calls for interdisciplinary collaboration to advance research on these disorders.  Authors: Allison Vreeland, Denise Calaprice, Noga Or-Geva, Richard E.
